BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 916

RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SULOP A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF SULOP, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settle- ment and reserve for health center site purposes of the Muni- cipality of Sulop under the administration of the Department of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, a cer- tain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Sulop, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, and which is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 9126-A, Csd-11-010160-D, equivalent to Lot 148, Ts-231 Poblacion, Sulop, Davao del Sur (MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER OF SULOP)

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 9126-A, Csd-11-010160-D, equivalent to Lot 148, Ts-231, Situated in the Municipality of Sulop, Province of Davao del Sur, Isiand of Mindanao. Bounded on the North along lines 7-8-1 by Road (10.00 m. wide); on the East along line 1-2 by Lot 9126-B, Csd-11-010160-D; on the South along line 2-3 and on the West along lines 3-4-5-6-7 both by Road (10.00 m. wide).
