BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 817

DECLARING MONDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 30 September 2019, Monday, the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate, will mark the celebration of its 49" Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 30 September 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate.
