AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 92 DATED JUNE 1, 1922 WHICH ESTA- BLISHED THE PIKIT TOWNSITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF BATULAWAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PIKIT, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABAID, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, BY EXCLUDING THEREFROM CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERV- ING THE SAME FOR THE NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATLON- MALITUBOG=MARIDAGAO IRRIGATION PROJECT OFFICE BULLDING SITE PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 92 dated June 1, 1922 which established the Pikit Townsite Reservation situated in the Barangay of Batulawan, Municipality of Pikit, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, by excluding therefrom certain portions of the land embraced therein and reserving the same for the National Irrigation Administration-Malitubog-Maridagao Irrigation Project office building site purposes, which parcels are more particularly described as follows:

Let-A, CCS-12-000106 (National Irrigation Administration)

A parcel of land Lot-A, of the consolidation/subdivision plan, Ccs-12-000106, being a portion of Lot 866, Lot 867, and proposed road of TS5-264 (Pikit Townsite), situated in the Barangay of Batulawan, Municipality of Pikit, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Lot B of this consolidation/subdivision, on the E., along lines 2-3-4-5 by proposed road, on the SE., along line 5-6 by Public Land, on the SW., along line 6-7-8~-9-10-11 by Lot C of the consolidation/subdivision and along lines 11-12-13 by proposed road, and on the W., along line 13-1 by National liighway.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan being N. 31 deg. 22’ E., 1,757.73 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, TS 264 (Pikit Townsite).

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm. Bearings true. Date of Original Survey: November 3, 1954 - September 30, 1955 and that of the Consolidation/Subdivision survey executed by Geodetic Engineer Nenito B. Cabahug on November 27, 1989, Approved March Ll, 1990.
