MALACANAN~ MANILA /\Jo( BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 818 DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 1, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF TAGBILARAN, PROVINCE OF BOHOL WHEREAS, Monday, July 1, 1996, marks the 30th Charter Anniversary of the City of Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue ()f the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, July 1, 1996 as a special day in the City of Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol.
