BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO..- 818

DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF ASIPULO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAY ANTIPOLO, MUNICIPALITY OF ASIPULO, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare as civil reservation for school site purposes of Asipulo National High School under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of public domain situated at Municipality of Asipulo, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon, containing an area of Ten Thousand Three Hundred Forty Seven (10,347) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
