AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 2005, DATED SEPTEMBER 5, 1980, WILCH ESTABLISHED THE RESERVATLON FOR UNSPECIFIED PUBLTC PURPOSES OF BARANGAY MADIANGAT A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF ‘THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN SAID BARANGAY, MUNICIPALITY OF QUEZON, PROVINCE OF NUBVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON, BY BX~ CLUDING FROM L'’S OPERATION THE RESIDENTIAL AREAS EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE EXCLUDED PORTION OPEN TO DISPOSI- TION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ‘THR PUBLIC LAND ACT; AND RE-~ SERVING THE REMAINING AREA SPECIFICALLY FOR SCHOOL SITE AND PUBLIC PLAZA PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, 1, CORAZON c. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 2005, dated September 5, 1980 which established the reservation for public purposes of Barangay Madiangat of a certain parcel of Land of the public domain situated in said Baranyay, Municipality of Quezon, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, by excluding from its operation the residential areas embraced therein and declaring the ex- cluded portions open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land ACt, as amended; and reserving the remaining parcels of land specifically for school site and public plaza purposes,

as hereunder indicated and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 78, Gss-2~-03-000125) situated in Barangay Madiangat, Municipality of Quezon, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line ]2 by Read (10.00 m. wide); on the NW., and NE., along lines 2-3-4 by Road (6.00 m. wide); and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Road (10.00 m. wide).
