MALACANAN~ MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 819 AUTHORIZING THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHILIPPINES, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR WHEREAS, the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc. (FYDP), was authorized under Proclamation No. 550, dated March 9, 1995, to conduct a national fund campaign up to March 9, 1996; WHEREAS, the FYDP needs more time to conduct its fund drive; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorized the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affIXed.
