BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 819

DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR IFUGAO PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN MUNICIPALITY OF LAGAWE, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural

Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I GLORIA

MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby

declare as civil reservation for Ifugao Provincial Hospital site purposes, a certain

parcel of land of public domain situated at Barangay Cudog, Municipality of

Lagawe, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon, containing an area of Ten

Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Six (10,236) square meters, subject to

private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described

as follows:

Lot No. 1349, Cad-996-D

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1349, Cad-996-D, Lagawe Cadastre) situated at Barangay Cudog, Municipality of Lagawe, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the N., along lines 1-2-3-4-5 by Lots 1315, 1612, 1314, 1313, 2225 & 1311; on the E., along lines 5-6-7-8-9 by Lots 1309, 1310, and 1350; on the SE., along lines '9-10-11-12 by Lots 1529, 1614, 1615, 1611, and 1617; on the SW., along lines 12-13-14-15 by Lot 1332; and on the NW., along lines 15-16-1 by Lot 1322, all of Cad-996-D, Lagawe Cadastre.

Beginning at point marked “1” on plan being N. 52 deg. 29’ W., 2,543.18 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad No. 996-D, Lagawe Cadastre, thence:
