BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 819

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 02 OCTOBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOLANO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, on 02 October 2019, Wednesday, the Municipality of Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, will mark the celebration of Solano Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Solano be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 02 October 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.
