BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.82

DECLARING FRIDAY, 2 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASAY

WHEREAS, the City of Pasay marks the celebration of its 153” Founding Anniversary on Friday, 2 December 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pasay be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 2 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pasay.
