BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 820

DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 OCTOBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 04 October 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Pangasinan, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Infanta be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 04 October 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Pangasinan.
