MALACAN~ MANn..A BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 821 DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 11, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALENZUELA, METRO MANILA WHEREAS, Thursday, JuLY 11, 1996, marks " AnniversaI}' of the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila; the 36th Charter WHEREAS, the said day is also the 127th birth anniversary of the Municipality's most illustrious son, the late Dr. Pio Valenzuela; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, July 11, 1996 as a special day in the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila.
