DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 JULY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN
WHEREAS, Friday, 25 July 2014, the City of Dapitan marks the celebration of the feast of Saint James the Greater and the holding of the “Kinabayo Festival,”
WHEREAS, it is but’ fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dapitan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 25 July 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dapitan.
