BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 821

DECLARING SATURDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 05 October 2019, Saturday, the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur, will mark the celebration of its 135" Araw ng Sta. Cruz; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 05 October 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.
