DECLARING FRIDAY, 1 AUGUST 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING)

DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Friday, 1 August 2014, marks the 66" Foundation Day

anniversary of the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. CCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Il, do hereby declare Friday, 1 August 2014, as a speciai (non-working) day in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley.
