BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 822

DECLARING TUESDAY, 08 OCTOBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 08 October 2019, Tuesday, the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, will mark its 19"" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 08 October 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
