MALACANANfi MANILA fv{,f-N '(";}£'7 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 823 DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 8, 1996, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUINSILIBAN, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN WHEREAS, the Municipality of Guinsiliban, Province of Camiguin will be celebrating its Foundation Day on Monday, July 8, 1996; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Guinsiliban be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me under Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, July 8, 1996, as a special day in the Municipality of Guinsiliban, Province of Camiguin.
