BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 823

DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 AUGUST 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Friday, 15 August 2014, marks the commemoration of the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Bulacan:

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Bulacan the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 15 August 2014, as a special (non-working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ili, do

hereby declare Friday, 15 August 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
