BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 824

DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALLACAPAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 15 October 2019, Tuesday, the Municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan, will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Allacapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 October 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan.
