PROCLAMATION NO. 824

DECLARING MONDAY, 31 MARCH 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF HIMAMAYLAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 31 March 2025, Monday, the City of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary and the Himaya Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Himamaylan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 31 March 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental.
