MALACANAN~ MAA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO ~ AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 843, SERIES OF 1971, KNOWN AS "RESERVING THE TALA ESTATE FOR VARIOUS GOVERNMENT USES AS WELL AS FOR HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT" TO RECLASSIFY THE USE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT LOT AT THE TALA ESTATE TO INCLUDE SOCIALIZED HOUSING Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend and reclassify the use of the DSWD's Lot at the Tala Estate to include Socialized Housing, which lot is particularly described as follows: Lot 10, Bcs-04-000143 (Consolidation and Subdivision of Parcels 1, 2, & 3, Swo-41615) A PARCEL OF LAND, described as Lot 10, Bcs-04-000143, consolidation and subdivision of Parcels 1, 2 & 3, Swo-41615 situated at Tala Estate, Caloocan City, Island of Luzon, bounded on the N., along lines 1-2-3, by Lot 1, Bcs-04-000143; on the E., along line 3-4, by Lot 9, Bcs-04-000143; on the S., along line 4-5 by Lot 895, Tala Estate; and on the W., al.ong line 5-1 by Lot 12, Bcs-04-000143. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan being S. 71-53 E., 1415.94 m. from Mn. 17,thence: 48° 38' 55° 42' 4° 33' 89° 58' 6°57' S. N. s.N. N.
