DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 1, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, TARLAC

WHEREAS, Friday, July 1, 2005, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, July 1, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac.
