MALACANA~ ,l,{rtAJ 021QO BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 826 DECLARING A STATE OF CALAMITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATUBIG, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare a State of Calamity in the Municipality of Catubig, Province of Northem Samar, in view of the effects of fire that bumed the Catubig Municipal Hall and the commercial complex on July 4, 1996. All departments and other government agencies concerned are hereby directed to implement and execute relief and rehauilitation work in accordance with existing operational plans, directives and orders issued in connection with calamities.
