PROCLAMATION NO. 826

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 OCTOBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 18 October 2019, Friday, the Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Buglasan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Negros Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 October 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
