AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO: 823 DATED OCTOBER 30, 199: DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN PROVINCES AND CITIES IN REGIONS I,

=I AND THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION WHICH SUFFERED FROM “HE EFFECIS OF TYPHOON "TRINING" TO INCLUDE THEREIN BATANES AND IFUGAO PROVINCES.

WHEREAS, additional disaster reports reveal that in Ifucae alone 1,300 houses ware Gamaged aifecting 11,000 residents and $15 million worth sf infrastructure such as rozés, flood control and erainace facilir:6s;
