BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 828

DECLARING THURSDAY, 24 OCTOBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 24 October 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of the Cimarrones Festival: and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pili be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 24 October 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur.
