DECLARING. 1S CIVIL RESERVATION FOR THE ILOIIO opie COLLEGE OF FISHERIES; 4 PARCEL OF LAND OF*THE PUBLIC DOMAIN COVERING 19.84 HECTARES, SITUATED IN Bs.RANGAY OLD SAGAY, MUNICIP..LITY OF SAGAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

‘Upon recommendatiam of the Secretary of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powersyvested in me. by law, I, CORAZON C. AyUINO, | President of the Philippines, do hereby declare as civil reservation for the additional school site and Educational Demonstration Farm purposes of thetIloilo State Collere of Fisheries, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the public domain locateu in Barancay Old Sazsay, Municipality of Sagay, Yrovince of Negros Occidental, ae shown anil described in BFD Map CeR. 374, which is more particulerly cescribed us follows:

containing an area cf 19.84 hectares, more or less, with the following conditions:

1. The acministration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be under the Iloilo State Colleze of Fisheries.

-2= — A five-year.development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President by’ the Iloilo State College of: Fisheries within one year from approval hereof, furnishing the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Bureau of Forest Development copies thereof.

25 Theegxtraction and utilization of timber and other forest prdttiets remaining in the area shall be subject to forest and National Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations.

3- In the event that the area is no longer needed fur the purposes so stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject area shall regain its former status as part and parcel of the public domain.
