DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 7 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF

CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes marks the celebration of the “Kaaldawan nin Virac” on Wednesday, 7 December 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 7 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes.
