BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 93

DECLARING FRIDAY, 28 OCTOBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 28 October 2022, Friday, the Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Buglasan Festival;

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Negros Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 28 October 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.
