I.{f4J MALACANANManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 830 AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION, INC" TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association,Inc., has for the last 46 years been deeply involved in the promotion of mental health, as well as the cure and rehabilitation of patients with mental illness; WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc" needs the support of all civic spirited citizens to enable the organization to carryon with its laud- able projects; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year, effective upon the promulgation of this proclamation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. .
