DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 AUGUST 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LILOY, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on Friday, 22 August 2014, the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte marks the commemoration of its 63 Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, in order to give the pecple of the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, the epportunity to celebraiz and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 22 August 2014, as a special (non-working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. GCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 22 August 2014, as a specia! (non-working) day in the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
