BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 830

DECLARING MONDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 04 November 2019, Monday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its annual festival, a day of thanksgiving for the many blessings the city has received; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 04 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
