BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 831

_ RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF GAMMAD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY GAMMAD, MUNICIPALITY OF IGUIG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition and settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Gammad Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated ‘in Barangay Gammad, Municipality of Iguig, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, containing an aggregate area of Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Eight and 16/100 (9,258.16) sq. m., subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

LOT 378, PLS-601-D

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot 378, Pls-601-D), situated in Barangay Gammad, Municipality of Iguig, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 377; along line 2-3 by Lot No. 376; along line 3-4 by Lot No. 375, all of PLS-601-D; on the SW., along line 4-5 by National Road; on the NW., along line 5-6 by Lot No. 380; along line 6-7 by Lot 382; along line 7-8 by Lot 383, all of Pls-601-D; and on the NE., along line 8-1 by Lot 379, Pls-601-D.

Beginning at point marked “1” on plan being S. 16 deg. 12’ E., 4,836.98 meters from BLLM No. 1, Pls-601-D, thence:

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground BL Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings: True; Date of original survey: March 5, 1958 executed by Geodetic Engineer N. Guzman and approved on February 15, 1973.

The tract of land herein reserved shall remain inalienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
