DECLARING MONDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 04 November 2019, Monday, the Province of Quezon will mark the death anniversary of its local hero Apolinario dela Cruz, also known as Hermano Puli, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 04 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
