~AJ62..,qt MALACANANG MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 832 DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 18, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO WHEREAS, Thursday, July 18, 1996, marks the Anniversary of the Province of South Cotabato; 29th Foundation WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of South Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, July 18, 1996 as a special day in the Province of South Cotabato.
