BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 832

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF ESPERANZA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY ESPERANZA, MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Esperanza Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Esperanza, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of Fifteen Thousand (15,000) square meters, subject to private rights if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1972-B, Csd-112318-011620), situated in Barangay Esperanza, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte. Bounded on the North, along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6 by Lot 1972-A, Csd- 112318-011620; on the East, along line 6-7 by Creek; on the South, along line 7-8 by Lot 7577; along line 8-9 by Lot 1838; and on the Northwest, along line 9-1 by Lot 1973, all of Cad-276.

Beginning from point marked “1” on plan, being N. 67 deg. 48’ E., 660.67 meters from BLLM No. 121, Cad-276, Tagum Cadastre, thence:

beginning, containing an area of Fifteen Thousand (15,000) square meters.

All corners referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on ground by PS cyl. mons. 15 x 40 cm. Bearings: True; Date of Original’ Survey: April 1935 to May 1938; Date of Subdivision Survey: September 15, 1993 executed by Geodetic Engineer Macario D. Palen and approved on October 19, 1993.

The parcel of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be

subject to occupation, entry, sale, or lease or other mode of disposition until

again declared by the President as alienable and disposable through Proclamation.
