PROCLAMATION NO. 832

DECLARING THURSDAY, 03 APRIL 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALANGIGA, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 03 April 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 1718t Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Balangiga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 03 April 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Balangiga, Province of Eastern Samar.
