PROCLAMATION NO. 833

DECLARING THURSDAY, 07 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 07 November 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 07 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas.
