RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF ENRILE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN BRGY. MADDARULUG, MUNICIPALITY OF ENRILE, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by vittue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Enrile Vocational High School under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Brgy. Maddarulug, Municipality of Enrile, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, containing an area of Fifty thousand (50,000) square meters, subject to private rights if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

LOT NO. 1, Ccs-2-01-000161-D

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1, Ccs-2-01-000161-D), being a portion of the consolidation/subdivision of Lots 20, 21, and 22 situated in Brgy. Maddarulug, Municipality of Enrile, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SE., and NE., along lines 1-2-3-45-6 by National Road (60.00 m. wide); on the NE., SE., and SW., along lines 6-7-8-9 by Lot 2; on the SW., along line 9-10 by Lot 3; and on the SW., and NW., along lines 10-11-1 by Lot 4, all of Plan Ccs-2- 01-000161-D.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 63 deg. 33’ W., 2,552.01 meters from BLLM No. 1, Pls-543, Enrile Public Land Subdivision, thence:

Bearings True: Date of Original Survey: November 26, 1957; Date of Consolidation—Subdivision Survey: June 9, 1982 executed by Geodetic Engineer Perfecto Macabadbad, Jr. and approved on November 15, 1982.

The parcel of land herein reserved shalt be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared by the President as alienable and disposable through Proclamation.
