DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 JULY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY ,

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley marks

the commemoration of the “Araw ng Nabunturan” on Wednesday, 23 July 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Il, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 July 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley.
