BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 834

DECLARING TUESDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, on 12 November 2019, Tuesday, the City of Valenzuela will mark the celebration of its 396" founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 12 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.
