MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.836 DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 23, 1996, AS A SPECIAL DAY GINGOOG CITY IN WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 23, 1996, marks the founda- tion anniversary of Gingoog City; WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of Gingoog City full opportunity to commemorate the occa- sion with fitting ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 23, 1996, as a special day in Gingoog City.
