BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 836

DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS

WHEREAS, on 15 November 2019, Friday, the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Jose be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 15 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands.
