BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 837

DECLARING MONDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 11 November 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Taal, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 438" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 11 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Province of Batangas.
