BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 837

DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 APRIL 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMALAYAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 25 April 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of the Bahaghari Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pinamalayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 25 April 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
