BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 93g

DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Thursday, December 12, 1991, marks the 130th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of San Juan, Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Muni- cipality of San Juan, Province of Batangas be given full epportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipal- ity's history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, December 12, 1991, as a special day in the Municipality of San Juan, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
