BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 838

DECLARING AS’ CIVIL RESERVATION FOR MULTI-PURPOSE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SITE UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF IFUGAO, CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN AWAO, MUNICIPALITY OF LAGAWE, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare as civil reservation for multi-purpose development project site purposes under the administration of the Provincial Government of Ifugao, a parcel of land of the public domain, containing an area of forty five thousand four hundred ninety three (45,493) square meters more or less, situated in Awao, Poblacion East, Municipality of Lagawe, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Timberland; on the N., along line 3-4 by Timberland; on the SE., along lines 4-5 by Timberland; and on the SW., along lines 5-6-7 by Ramon Lunag and along line 7-1 by IFELCO.

Beginning at point marked “1” on plan being N. 01 deg. 13’ E., 994.39 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad-996-D, Lagawe Cadastre;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked P.S. described as Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Josepino O. Nacin, Geodetic Engineer on November 10-12, 1993 and was approved on January 28, 2003.
