BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 838

DECLARING FRIDAY, 8 AUGUST 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, on Friday, 8 August 2014, the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya marks the celebration of the “Araw ng Bayombong’;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 8 August 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.
