BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 838

DECLARING MONDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYSAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 11 November 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Taysan, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taysan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; 1

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 11 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taysan, Province of Batangas.
