BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 839

DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Monday, December 2, 1991, marks the 44th Foundation Anniversary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Pasay

City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, December 2, 1991, as a special day in Pasay City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
